Your email address will be collected so the credit system knows you exist. That's it. No cookies on the website. No phone numbers. No names.
The platform will identify you by a uniqueID.
Your text of your messages will sometimes be processed through 3rd party providers. Do not discuss any details that you wouldn't want a corporation to see.
Stripe processes all payment information. Credit card data never touches our servers. They confirm your payment by linking with your email, which helps us generate the credit codes.
Stripe's privacy policy should be reviewed for their data handling practices.
Purchase records: Retained indefinitely for tax compliance and service functionality.
Chat history: Expires naturally after some time if not referenced or used. Messages will remain in the chat-app's history for you to export any time.
Voice notes: Audio never touches our servers and only exists on the user's side. They are transcribed on the way in, and generated on the way out.
Standard security measures are implemented: encrypted connections, secure servers, and routine maintenance protocols.
This project funds itself directly from its supporters. No advertising will ever be part of this project. No data will ever be sold or shared with 'interested' parties beyond the chat processing itself.
For inquiries or deletion requests use the in-app support menu, or respond to the email received when you signed up.
